My friend Leslie called from Ithaca yesterday and she said it's terribly addicting (watching the Olympics). She used to figure skate and she loves all winter sports- so when I told her that we haven't watched since we don't have cable the phone went completely dead for about two minutes. Only rare times like these do I wish we had it... anyway- about pizza- try using your crust recipe with high-gluten flour instead of all-purpose. It's usually the difference between a nice rustic, chewy crust and one that is too light. If you've already tried that...then here you go... 1 1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water (105-115 degrees) 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt
What on earth is going on? Apparently you can't use the tab key- it submits your entry or something- sorry!!! So I don't take over your site, I'll post the recipe on my site and hopefully you can print it off! Am I brilliant, or what?
well
